Company History

In 1942 our founder, George Krapf, Jr. was approached by a local school district to operate and maintain their first ever school bus. As a local maintenance operator and highly respected in the community, the school district felt there was no one else more qualified to handle the responsibility to transport their children to various points in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Co-founder Eleanor (Grammie) Krapf it is said was the second women to hold a CDL and drive a school bus in Pennsylvania. She drove accident-free for over 25 years.

Today, we operate over 1,000 vehicles to serve 8 public school districts as well as more than 150 private and parochial schools on a daily basis. Our goal with each of the school districts is to provide the safest, most reliable and economically sound transportation services available.
